Your Safety & Mine

  • Both of our safety & comfort are top priority here at The Waxing Moon Parlor.

  • OHLA cleanliness standards, disinfectant usage & proper disposal of garbage & tool requirements are followed above & beyond.

  • To keep from spreading illness between clients, I continue to mask during your appointment (unless requested otherwise for hearing impairment or other auditory differences, I am happy to accommodate!) & only ask you to do so if you have had a known exposure to COVID, the Flu etc.

Just A Few FAQ’s

  • Length! In order for the smoothest results, hairs must be 1/4” long for the wax to successfully grab hold & remove from the root. That’s about 4 weeks of no shaving, trimming etc.

  • Lateness! If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment & charge my no-show fee (hint: it’s 100% of your appointment cost!). Seem harsh? It’s not & it’s definitely not personal! Life happens, I get it but it’s also my livelihood. Appointment time is scheduled with your consultation (if needed) service & cleaning times involved & if I can’t properly provide all of that due to lateness, I can’t adequately provide any of it!
